Kacee Haley joined the D&S team in March of 2013 and has served the company in multiple capacities. She started as a Case Manager and was promoted to Executive Director a short two and a half years later. Under her management, the Lubbock program has more than doubled in size and is continuing to grow.
Prior to joining D&S, Kacee held positions at Star Care Specialty Health System (MHMR) and YWCA of Lubbock. She focused on the Texas Home Living Program and was certified as a Special Needs Center Director by the DFPS.
During her undergraduate education, she completed her internship requirements at Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in Breckenridge, Colorado. This program provided wilderness trips for individuals diagnosed with disabilities including TBI, Autism, Intellectual Disability and congenital defects. During her internship, it confirmed her passion for social services and she returned to Texas to complete her education in this chosen field.
Kacee holds a Masters of Special Education – emphasis on Autism, the Autism Graduate Certification and a BS in Human Development and Family Science from Texas Tech University. She also holds a minor is Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management and numerous specialized training certifications.
Kacee is married and has two wonderful children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and pursuing outdoor activities.
