D&S Community Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services (HCS) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs in Austin, Texas. We have 15 HCS Group Homes with plans to grow. Many of our homes can be modified to meet individual needs. Services provided in the North Austin Area include Supported Home Living services (SHL), Host Homes, Texas Home Living (TxHmL), respite care, community activities, transportation, day habilitation programs and more.
D&S Community Services is a leading, full-service provider with highly trained staff committed to providing premium quality care with an emphasis on in-house professional expertise, medical care and behavior support services. Our staff includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Nurses (RN) and Case Service Managers. Our Quality Assurance team provides guidance and oversight to ensure adherence to state regulations and industry standards, promoting the highest level of care possible for the individuals we support.
Our residential programs and services for the intellectually challenged make the most of the North Austin community. The North Austin Area covers a wide range of suburbs and towns from Georgetown, Pflugerville, and Round Rock all the way to the Texas Hill Country. We serve as far east as Bastrop, as far north as Kempner and Lago Vista, and as far west as Kingsland. Our North Austin HCS group homes are all located in close proximity to the bus-line, shopping, parks, and community activities.
