D&S Community Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services (HCS) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs in Abilene, Texas. We have 5 HCS Group Homes and 2 Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF-IID) with plans to grow. Many of our homes are wheelchair accessible and all of our homes can be modified to meet individual needs.
