D&S Community Services is a provider of person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Greeneville, TN. We offer a broad spectrum of services throughout Tennessee such as Supported Living Homes (SL), Medical Supported Living Homes (MSL), and Family Model and Personal Assistant services to name a few. We are also a proud provider of Employment and Community First (ECF) services. In Greeneville, we have 14 Supported Living and Medical Supported Living Homes with plans to grow!
Greeneville, Tennessee is nestled at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains. Greene County is rich in Civil War history. It is home to six Civil War Trails and is participating in the state’s Civil War Trails Program, facilitated by the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development. Civil War history and many other local artifacts are preserved in the Nathanael Greene Museum. Tusculum College, located in Greene County, is Tennessee’s oldest college. Other fun activities include watching our Minor League baseball team, the Greeneville Astros, or attending a show at the Niswonger Preforming Arts Center. Greeneville has something for everyone!

Our SL and MSL homes offer quality residential living for individuals with intellectual challenges and disabilities. Many of our residences can be modified to meet the special needs of the individuals residing there. Our programs, supports, and community involvement provide a secure foundation for promoting a life of optimal independence and engagement for the supported individual as well as their family.
