D&S Community Services places a high value on providing quality services for individuals we support. For the past 10 years, D&S has had a Quality Assurance Department that covers Texas, Tennessee and Kentucky. The ten staff in this Department have years of experience in this industry and care a lot about making sure all of the individuals we support have a great quality of life. Our team consists of previous state surveyors, case managers and an RN.
The QA department ensures the company is in compliance with state and federal standards by visiting each office, day program, companion care home and group home. We fully enjoy visiting all the sites where each individual lives and seeing each person’s unique personality!
In addition, two years ago we started a company-wide Quality Committee to look at ways to improve our quality and overall services.
We also just wrapped up the individual/guardian satisfaction surveys and company-wide we have a satisfaction rate of 90%. We are always getting feedback to improve our services and we want to make sure the individuals and family members are happy.
