Manager of Program DevelopmentSend Message
Heather Gannon-Miller graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BA in Biology in 2003. After moving back to her hometown of Memphis, she decided to dedicate herself to the healthcare field.
She joined CareFocus/Maxim Healthcare Services in 2006 and quickly found her passion for individuals with developmental disabilities. She served in several different roles and her drive to ensure quality care, compliant programs, and community involvement has taken her from Memphis, to Cookeville, to Knoxville, and back to Cookeville where she now calls home with her husband and little girl.
Heather joined D&S in 2012 when D&S acquired CareFocus. She served as the Executive Director of the Cookeville program until 2016 when she was promoted to Manager of Program Development for the state.
