D&S Community Services is a provider of Home and Community Based Services (HCS) and Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) programs in Abilene, Texas. We have 5 HCS Group Homes and 2 Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF-IID) with plans to grow. Many of our homes are wheelchair accessible and all of our homes can be modified to meet individual needs. Services provided in the Abilene, Texas area include Supported Home Living services (SHL), Host Homes, Texas Home Living (TxHmL), respite care, community activities, transportation, day habilitation programs and more.
